It's interesting how the hair and tattoo make similar patterns. I think the curves and transitions between colors of the wallpaper background should be made more subtle, especially in the lower right corner. I think the bridge of the nose could use a little more of a suggestion of a line and the ear could use a little less where it connects to the face.
